We are obviously going through a bad spell…
A draw at Beveren and a draw at home to Ronse is just bad.

Against Beveren it wasn't apparent which of the 2 teams was near the top of the table. Bad passing, bad control, no coaching. Weak over the whole pitch. Luckily Kujovic was able to save the (harshly awarded) penalty, as otherwise we would have lost.

Against Ronse, who in the second half of the season, are a shadow of the team from the first half of the season. Our players had been warned about their pacy strikers De Broyer, who a fortnight earlier had scored 5 against Wetteren. It only took 6 minutes before he found himself through on goal and scored. What's the point of pointing out the danger if the warning is not adhered to..
1-2 down at half time. In the second half we had to increase the pressure, but there were too few chances. Fortunately we had a ‘present’. The retaken penalty was correct as a Ronse player had infringed into the 18-yard area as Cavens struck a weak penalty. Luckily Thiebaut converted at the second attempt.
Ultimately there was too little added time allowed by the officials (6 substitutions, a time wasting keeper, treatment to players), but the important conclusion remains: we dropped 2 points…
Now 2 difficult away matches. Everybody has now said enough about what needs to improve.
But it's not words but deeds which are needed!
