Julien Tournut received bad news on Tuesday afternoon.

The French central defender had just recovered from a long term hamstring injury, so that he would normally be able to resume training at the end of the week. Now he as suffered a groin problem. The doctor's verdict was hard, there is an inflammation, and the groin will need to be operated on. A lengthy absence is again foreseen.

Tomasz Radzinski is not yet back in training. The forward has been suffering from a calf injury. The medical team are trying hard to get him match fit for Saturday's game against Ronse, although it may be that he will only be fit in time for the trip to Tienen the week after.

In the treatment room is aslo the long term out William Mensah, who is continuing his revalidation from a shoulder injury.
