Lierse won on Saturday evening away to bottom of the table Ronse. Tomasz Radzinski scored the winning goal five minutes from time, after a defensive blunder by Ronse. The home team showed over the whole match that they are in a false position in the league table.
Trainer Helleputte left the recuperating De Graef and Deflandre on the bench. Tshiala therefore started at right back, Nedzipi on left side of midfield.
In the first half a lot of sloppy play from Lierse, and few real chances; apart from a well rehearsed free kick, Radzinski seeing his shot saved by the keeper. Ronse threatened on several occasions via the ever dangerous strike duo: De Broyer-Ciani.
After the break an improvement from Lierse, but they fell behind to the first counterattack. De Broyer scoring, breaking a run of 3 clean sheets for Kujovic.
